I am now offering Meats by the pound, prices are posted on my Catering Menu under Smoked Meat Options. They are available Hot, Cold or Frozen in 5lb packs or larger.

BBQ Sauce is also available in 14oz bottles in Original, Spicy, Carolina and Sticky Sweet Competition Sauce line. Also Mango Habanero Hot Sauce coming back soon! 

I also have 2 commercial smokers available for rent in the Denver metro area for the do-it-yourself Pitmaster that just needs a pit to master for the weekend. Please email me for prices and availability
